Mistake?

Noticing how much better joy feels when sorrow has past,
Experiencing how love feels after a heart has been broken,
Realizing those great things would be taken for granted if not for
suffering,
Believing that terrible things happen so that good things can be brought
into the light,
Focused on and hoped for,
Do you think it’s a mistake?
For us to climb mountains,
Face fears,
Grip pain,
Doesn’t it only help us?
To grow,
To heal,
To learn, and love.
